As a PMP Estimator you will be responsible for thoroughly understanding project specific requirements in order to perform quantitative take-offs, evaluate vendor proposals and the submission of accurate and timely bids to general contractors. Your performance will be measured based on the successful awarding of projects to PMP.  On the job training is available via PMP's Architectural Hardware Consultants.

Project Manager

As a PMP Project Manager, you will work hand in hand with various in-house departments, as well as customers and vendors, to initiate, detail, and actively manage numerous projects.

This opportunity requires an individual to be intuitive and solve problems using skills acquired through construction experience, preferably within the doors, frames, and hardware industry.  In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of product for ordering, production, delivery, and/or installation.
